Welcome to the AIR web portal for providers. This portal will provide you with access to important information regarding your patients for which AIR is the claims processor. Once you have registered, you will be able to obtain your patient’s eligibility status, plan benefits, and information concerning processed and pended claims. Please click on the "Provider Tutorial" link on the left hand side of this screen to learn how to set up your organization as a provider under our Provider Web Portal services.
Please note, to speak to our staff concerning benefits or eligibility, you must first be registered either on our Provider Web Portal or through our Fax Back System. If you prefer to use our Fax Back System in lieu of the Web Portal, call 205-871-3229 and follow the instructions of the voice attendant. Please note that the Web Portal provides more information than the Fax Back System. Should you not be registered in one of these systems when you contact our office, our customer service representative may require registration prior to answering your questions.
To obtain plan benefit information, you will need the four digit or character group ID number from the participant’s group health or dental ID card.
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday.
